A couple of things that help before you write in: check whether the tools or blogalready answer your question, and if you’re reporting a bug, mention what device and browser you were using and what the calculator showed. Every message gets read, but this isn’t a staffed help desk, so there’s no fixed turnaround to promise — for anything urgent about your child’s health, contact a pediatrician or doctor directly rather than waiting on an email reply.
